HOW IT WORKS

Team
coaching

Our program starts with several team coaching sessions, working together with company opinion leaders, “energy sources” and management staff. The reason for the team coaching sessions is to find out whether the organisation is open and committed for a change.

Beside the coaching sessions we use several tools to measure soft skills and the future need of development. One of these tools is the CAPTain online test system, which is an work attitude and interest test that is meant to measure the individual’s behavioral attitudes as they affect performance at work for a total of 38 parameters.
