OVERVIEW

This course is designed to prepare participants how to become intrapreneur agents to manage and support transformation and change in their organisation. Participants who completed this course will be able to implement startup methods, workflows and techniques into a corporate environment.

In our terms, an intrapreneur is an inside entrepreneur who uses entrepreneurial skills without incurring the risks associated with those activities. Since entrepreneurship doesn’t exist as a profession or a job, but exists as a certain mindset, we determined what entrepreneurial mindset means and what we need to change to convert it into intrapreneurial.
